I think it's really funny that I'm never going to live January 6th, 2006. I guess I am, just in uber fast forward mode. Ha...that's a bit of a funny daydream! Fast forward life on an airplane...

Okay so maybe not so funny. Or interesting, for that matter...but I will make it interesting!

Feel free to post any fun airplane boredom busters in the comments section! They can be as crazy as you wish, and I'll certainly consider videotaping any stupidity on my behalf!

A quick, random thought...

I just thought more about it and realized that...I've been asking for God to provide. So by Him knocking off like...$6000 from this total cost, it's like He made a huge $6000 contribution!

It's funny that we never think about God taking expenses away - we always think about Him providing the funds for things. But it's just as cool when He takes AWAY the money that it's going to cost! It's like the same thing! Perhaps less glamourous, but much cooler, I think!

BOOKED?!

I just received an email from Emma - who has let me know that she found (and booked) a round trip plane ticket to New Zealand!

What's even GRANDER is that it's only costing $3000 plus tax! That's almost the cost of a one-way flight that I was looking up!

WOOHOO!!!

It's getting more and more official as time goes on. And this ALSO means that my fundraising costs are ONCE AGAIN hacked by about $1000!

So what does this mean? 45% of the fundraising goal has now been accounted for! How awesome is God being right now?!

WAY AWESOME!!!

Man...this is great. Anyways, just had to tell someone and my best friend isn't home for me to call her! What a wooooonderful day this has been!

Yeah so I don't even know if it's "appropriate" to put exactly what has been raised for onSite on my blog. But I figure it's always good to give progress reports to those who like to browse through my blog...

So this is my most recent update on what funds have been raised! That means we're at roughly 36% of our goal! Woohoo!

It really has been a wonderful thing to see how God really is providing for this in what seems like such a short period of time...
