A quick, random thought...
I just thought more about it and realized that...I've been asking for God to provide. So by Him knocking off like...$6000 from this total cost, it's like He made a huge $6000 contribution!
It's funny that we never think about God taking expenses away - we always think about Him providing the funds for things. But it's just as cool when He takes AWAY the money that it's going to cost! It's like the same thing! Perhaps less glamourous, but much cooler, I think!

that was a good ramble. i'm excited for you, and i bet you're going to set New Zealand on fire. But, um, do it metaphorically, cuz I don't think arson of an entire country would look good on a resume.
